Thinking about how interesting as a character Verosika is and how her past with Blitzo clearly still affects her and what an interesting plot thread that could've been
But instead we're gonna get a Verosika who hears Stolas whine and cry about Blitzo standing up for himself and sides with him and writes a diss track or fucking something for him I guess.
We could've had Stolas try to fish sympathy from her and at first she's on board because fuck Blitzo but then he keeps telling her shit he did and she does a complete 180 despite what Blitzo did to her, calls him out for his bullshit and throws him out before calling Blitzo to forgive him and rebuild at least some kind of kinder relationship
It's ridiculous because Verosika's one of the few people in the show who Blitzo has unambiguously and intentionally hurt and there are no two sides to the story. He straight up stole from her and put her into debt, but of course she's a woman and this is Helluva Boss, so that's going to take a back seat to the fact that Blitzo told Stolas "no."

Season 3 predictions:
- BARBIE WILL FINALLY MEET HER NIECE!!!??
I predict that Season 3 feels like the perfect time for this to happen. Considering how much focus the show has placed on familial relationshipsâespecially Blitzâs complicated bond with both Loona and Barbieâthis reunion could lead to some emotionally charged and dramatic scenes.
It could be a pivotal moment for both Barbie and Loona. Loona, despite her gruff demeanor, seems to crave connection deep down, and meeting her aunt could open up new layers to her character. For Barbie, it might be an opportunity to soften some of the animosity she holds toward Blitz by seeing the lengths heâs gone to for Loona.
Thereâs also the potential for hilarious awkwardness, especially if Barbie is initially clueless that Loona exists. I can imagine Blitz nervously trying to navigate the introduction, while Loona plays it cool but secretly hopes for a good outcome.
- I predict that in Season 3, Blitz will start relying more on the Asmodean Crystal for disguisesâespecially since he had to toss out his old costumes after the chaos in âMastermindâ episode . It feels like the perfect setup for a running gag or even a plot point where Blitz keeps forgetting the crystalâs full potential, stubbornly trying to rebuild his collection of over-the-top disguises.
I can absolutely picture a scene where Blitz asks Stolas to add âcostume expensesâ to I.M.P.âs budget, framing it like some official business request. Stolas, with his signature deadpan delivery, would just remind him, âBlitz, you donât need costumes. The crystal I personally gave you literally lets you transform into a human disguise.â
Of course, Blitz being Blitz, heâd probably argue that the crystal doesnât have the same flair as his ridiculous getupsâcue Stolas reluctantly agreeing to humor him, just for the sake of his aesthetic.
- I predict in Season 3, with Stolas taking over more of Loonaâs duties as a receptionist, it could free her up to take on more fieldwork with the team, which might lead to her relying on her demonic form more often. This shift could allow for deeper character development, exploring her relationship with her powers and perhaps even her growing sense of responsibility.
It also opens the door for some fun action sequences or moments where Loonaâs gruff but protective nature gets to shine. It might even provide opportunities for bonding moments between her and Blitz in the field, showing their evolving dynamic as father and daughter.
- I predict that Season 3 might open with a playful parallelâor even a role reversalâof the âMoon Harvest Festivalâ scene, where instead of Stolas, itâs Blitz loudly moaning at the start of the episode. Given the showâs love for callbacks and flipping dynamics, this kind of opening would fit perfectly with the seriesâ humor and tone.
Whether itâs Blitz exaggerating for comedic effect, or Stolas finally getting a chance to tease him back, the scene could highlight how their relationship has evolved. It might even serve as a lighthearted way to show a more comfortable or intimate side of their dynamic, setting the stage for the episodeâs larger emotional beats.
- Loona x Bee (and Vortex?) will be in a polyamory relationship
Bee and Vortex already have a strong and established relationship, but theyâve been portrayed as easygoing and non-jealous, which could make the inclusion of Loona into that mix feel natural rather than forced. It would also be an interesting way to further Loonaâs character arc, allowing her to experience more love and connection, helping to soften her often tough exteriorâ clearly outside of her found family
If it were to happen, it might evolve graduallyâLoona could bond with Bee through shared moments or Beeâs confidence rubbing off on her. Vortex could be a grounding force, as he already seems to understand and accept Loonaâs personality. A poly relationship like this could add more layers to Loonaâs character, allowing her to explore intimacy in a way that challenges her emotionally, while reinforcing her sense of belonging and acceptance.
- Millieâs mood swings will continue to intensify, particularly as she becomes adamant about announcing her pregnancy to everyone. This could lead to a temporary rift in her relationships, especially with Blitz. Much like in âSinmas,â she might frequently undermine him, driven by her desperation to secure the money sheâll need if she decides to keep the child. Her strained interactions could extend to her coworkers as tensions rise.
The situation escalates when itâs revealed that Millie is already a month into her pregnancy, and the revelation sparks chaos. Adding to the drama, itâs discovered that Stolas knew about her condition beforehand, potentially creating yet another layer of angst between him and Blitz. This revelation could not only deepen existing tensions but also raise questions about trust and communication within the team, leading to a turbulent and emotional arc.
(That is if Blitz hadnât spotted the pregnancy test yet)
- I have a strong feeling that either Loonaâ likely Blitzâwill have a heart-to-heart with Octavia in Season 3, encouraging her to hear Stolasâs side of the story. Given Blitzâs own complicated relationship with family and abandonment, he seems like the perfect person to step in and push Octavia toward reconciling with her father.
The subtle hints in the âSinmasâ episode, especially the way Blitz reacted to seeing Octavia and Stolasâs strained relationship, make it pretty clear that Blitz might take it upon himself to nudge her in the right direction. It feels like one of those rare moments where Blitzâs softer, more empathetic side shines throughâoffering advice drawn from his own regrets and personal experiences.
This could lead to an emotional, awkward, but ultimately meaningful stepfather/stepdaughter moment between Blitz and Octavia, with the added possibility of Blitz confronting his own fears about losing his relationship with his sisterâechoing what he once told Stolas.
- Octavia will most likely follow her motherâs footsteps until either mid or at the end of the season will she be talked out of itâ possibly by Blitz who states that heâs been down this road â isolation and pushing everyone away â before and to hear her dad out before she canât come back from it, before she does anything sheâd regret or even lose her father forever because sheâs following in Stellaâs footsteps
- Blitz spotting the pregnancy test Millie threw out, in the wastebin in the bathroom, could easily lead to a full-on meltdown, with him panicking over the idea of impending âfatherhoodâ orâif he assumes itâs Stolasâsâan unexpected âbaby daddyâ situation. Knowing Blitz, heâd probably spiral between panic and maybe just a little excitement at the thought, even if he refuses to admit it.
youtube
On the other hand, if he thinks the test belongs to Loona, the panic could shift to the realization that he might be about to become a grandfather. Cue Blitz flipping between overprotective mode and grilling Loona about who the father isâprobably while she rolls her eyes the entire time.
No matter which way it plays out, it feels like the kind of chaotic, heartfelt, and hilarious misunderstanding that would fit perfectly into I.M.P.âs already dysfunctional family dynamic.
The misunderstanding could spiral further as Blitz awkwardly tries to âprepareâ for the nonexistent baby, leading to hilariously tense moments between him, Loona, and Stolasânone of whom would have any clue what heâs on about. It feels like the kind of comedic subplot that could add levity while tying into the theme of family dynamics.
- Millie will subtly seek advice from Blitz and/or Stolas about what it means to be a parent, claiming itâs for a âfamily memberâ who recently had a baby. However, this could hint at her own internal conflict about whether or not to keep the child, setting the stage for emotional and thought-provoking conversations shaped by Blitz and Stolasâs contrasting experiences with parenthood.
<> Millie may face a difficult decision and ultimately choose to terminate a pregnancy without Moxxieâs knowledge. This choice could lead her to a deeper realization that she doesnât need a child to feel happy or fulfilled in her marriage, instead reaffirming her love and contentment with the life she and Moxxie have built together.
<> I predict that in Millie will also confide in Blitz about her pregnancy before telling Moxxie. This unexpected choice will set off a chain reaction of drama, creating an emotional rollercoaster that deeply impacts the dynamics within the I.M.P crew.
- Stolas and Blitz may take a significant step forward in their relationshipâpossibly even getting married. Despite the unconventional nature of their bond and the turbulent path theyâve traveled, thereâs a strong possibility they will solidify their commitment to each other. Stolasâs unwavering love for Blitz, which has been evident since their childhood, feels like it could naturally lead to something more official.
(What makes me think this is that, even before their relationship became canon, they already exhibited the dynamic of a married couple. Additionally, Vivienne Medrano clearly leaned into the âforced proximityâ trope by having Stolas live with both Blitz and Loona, which hints at deeper narrative intentions.
Iâm speculating that they will either officially marry or remain in a de facto partnershipâemphasizing that legal marriage isnât necessary for happiness. Honestly, Iâm leaning toward hoping they stay de facto, especially considering Stolasâs previous marriage, which was emotionally exhausting and taxing for him. Avoiding the formal structure of marriage might allow him to feel freer and happier in his relationship with Blitz.)
<> Looking ahead to Season 4, I think thereâs a real possibility they could end up having a biological child together. Vivienne Medrano seems to enjoy crafting characters that reflect their parents, and it wouldnât be surprising to see this reflected in Stolas and Blitzâs story. This could add a new layer to their dynamic, creating opportunities for both comedic and emotional moments as they navigate parenthood in their own chaotic way.
- I can definitely picture Season 3 giving us a sassier, Stolas momentâmaybe if he ends up covering for Blitz at I.M.P. Imagine him slipping into full hotline operator mode, answering the phone with a sultry, âMmm⌠I.M.P. How can we kill your asshole today.â
But if a particularly rude or entitled client (a total âKarenâ) starts getting under his feathers, that smooth charm could quickly shift into icy, assertive professionalism. âOh, Iâm so sorry you feel that way. But unless youâd like me to introduce you to a very up-close demonstration of Hellâs afterlife policies, I suggest you take a number and wait.â
Itâs the perfect balance of sass, theatrical, and no-nonsense attitudeâexactly the kind of flair Stolas would bring to the role.
- Stolas and Blitz will finally address the lingering tension between them, tackling the metaphorical elephant â or perhaps horse â in the room. From the fallout at Ozzieâs to the miscommunication and unspoken feelings that have defined their dynamic, it feels inevitable that theyâll be forced to confront everything head-on. Whether it leads to reconciliation or deeper conflict, this long-overdue conversation could pave the way for some much-needed clarity (and hopefully a few tender moments in the midst of all the chaos).
That said, thereâs always the chance it could turn into one of those âletâs just move forwardâ situations, but Iâd be surprised if the show takes that route. The weight of whatâs happened feels too significant to brush aside. This isnât some small misunderstanding â itâs not like âoops, I broke your favorite vase.â If they donât talk it out, the same hurt and miscommunication will just keep circling back, and I donât think either of them can afford to keep running from it.
- Barbie Wire is likely to play a significant role in Season 3, especially given her appearance in âUnhappy Campersâ and the fact that Blitz mentions her again at the end of the episode of âSinmasâ. This recurring focus suggests her storyline is far from over and could hint at deeper exploration of her relationship with Blitz. Season 3 might dive into their complicated sibling dynamic â which is a part of the whole âfamily-orientationâ theme â potentially shedding light on unresolved conflicts or shared history that continues to influence Blitzâs actions and decisions.
- The plotline could center around Stolas facing a pivotal dilemma when Paimon convinces Satan to lift the ban on him. This development, occurring mid-season or closer to the finale, may spark significant internal conflict for Stolas. The opportunity to be reinstated early would allow him to reunite with Octavia and reclaim his role in Hellâs hierarchy, but at the potential cost of leaving Blitz behind. Alternatively, Stolas might choose to see his sentence through, prioritizing his time with Blitz despite the chance to return to his former life.
This tension could heighten the emotional stakes between Stolas and Blitz, further exploring the delicate balance between duty, family, and personal desires. The situation might create a sense of narrative dĂŠjĂ vuâbringing Stolas back to square one in terms of status, though not in terms of his relationship with Blitz. Such a shift could introduce angst and friction, as Blitz has fallen for the vulnerable, grounded version of Stolas rather than the lofty prince. Despite this, they could ultimately navigate the complications of status, finding a way to make their relationship work without letting titles or societal expectations drive them apart. Given Vivienne Medranoâs penchant for emotional, angst-driven storytelling, this arc feels like a natural fit for the showâs progression.
- Stolas might start making himself at home in Blitzâs apartmentâwhether that means staying for the next hundred years or until he eventually finds a place of his own. As part of this, he could begin adding personal touches to the space. A subtle but meaningful change might include placing potted plants along the edge of the balcony, an area the camera frequently highlights as bare in both Mastermind and Sinmas. This small detail could serve as a quiet reflection of Stolasâs growing presence in Blitzâs life.
<> Stella and Blitz will have a tense encounter, marking their first real interaction since the pilot episode ( đ). In this scenario, Stella might try to manipulate Blitz by offering him anything he wantsâmoney, resources, or even powerâon the condition that he stays out of her familyâs business. However, the true mastermind behind this bribe could be her brother, pushing Stella to take this approach to ensure Blitz doesnât interfere with their plans. Whether Blitz takes the bait or turns the situation on its head remains to be seen.
- Loona and Blitzâs relationship will likely face a major turning point, building on the emotional progress made throughout Season 2. As Loona begins to openly call Blitz âDadâ without hesitation, their bond could seem stronger than ever. However, this growth may set the stage for one of the most destabilizing events yetâLoonaâs biological parents unexpectedly re-entering her life. The emotional weight of this revelation could test both her loyalty to Blitz and her willingness to confront a past she may have tried to forget.
The seeds of this potential twist may already have been planted in Season 1, particularly through Loonaâs sharp remark, âYouâre not my real dad.â At the time, this line seemed like a defensive jab, but it could serve as subtle foreshadowing that her biological parents are still alive and could resurface. Their sudden return would introduce a new layer of conflict, forcing Loona to grapple with conflicting feelings of resentment, curiosity, and a longing for closure. This shift would not only complicate her evolving relationship with Blitz but also challenge her to define what âfamilyâ truly means to her.
- A powerful role reversal could take center stage, deepening the emotional threads between Blitz and Stolas. After a long, difficult journey, Stolas reaches the painful acceptance that he must let Octavia goânot by choice, but because she decides to cut him out of her life. Whether out of frustration, heartbreak, or the need for space, Octavia steps away, leaving Stolas to quietly endure the weight of her absence.
Just as Stolas begins to process this loss, Blitz faces the looming threat of losing his own child. Loonaâs biological parents unexpectedly reenter the picture, bringing the possibility that she may leave him for the family she was born into. For the first time, Blitz is confronted with the harsh reality that no matter how fiercely he loves and protects Loona, he may not be enough to keep her by his side.
This shift in dynamics places Blitz in the vulnerable position Stolas once occupied, while Stolasâhaving already endured similar heartbreakâbecomes a source of quiet support. The reversal forces Blitz to confront emotions heâs spent years burying, while Stolasâs tempered perspective reflects his growth and acceptance.
As both characters grapple with the possibility of losing their daughters, the shared experience may either forge a deeper connection between them or drive them further apart, depending on how each chooses to cope with the inevitability of letting go.
- After living with Blitz for five years, Loona decides to establish herself more independently. Since dedicating herself to the Gluttony Ring after the events of âMastermind,â she might move to Beeâs territory. This move would allow her to focus on her growth in a space that feels uniquely her own, while simultaneously leaving Blitz and his new partner with the entirety of the shared living space. It could reflect her evolving relationship with her fatherâstill deeply caring, but with a desire for autonomy.
- Itâs possible that by the end of the season 3 (potentially the finale) or early in Season 4, Blitz and Stolasâs living situations will be reversed. A significant eventâperhaps the destruction of Blitzâs apartmentâcould force Blitz to temporarily move in with Stolas. This shift might serve as a comedic yet heartfelt way for Blitz to experience the luxuries of Stolasâs life, highlighting the contrast between their worlds now that they are officially in a relationship and Stolas has reclaimed his status as a prince.
Alternatively, the series may introduce a time skip, potentially 100 years into the future, where Stolas is given the opportunity to regain his title. In a surprising twist, Stolas may refuse reinstatement, choosing instead to stay with Blitz and fully embrace a simpler life. This could mark a powerful turning point in their relationship, emphasizing Stolasâs personal growth and his prioritization of love and happiness over power.
If this direction plays out, it could serve as a touching resolution to Stolasâs arc, reinforcing the emotional bond between him and Blitz while providing long-term stakes for their relationship.
- We might see an adult version of Octavia sometime after Season 3, possibly in early Season 4 or laterâ perhaps 100 years later in Hell time. This theory is based on Stolasâs line to Blitz: âSheâs gone, Blitz. Even if I did go back. Sheâd be a complete stranger â sheâd never forgive me.â Viv often uses foreshadowing and layered wordplay, so I believe this could hint at Octaviaâs eventual appearance as an adult, potentially exploring her relationship with Stolas after a decade of separation.
Supporting this idea further are the lyrics from Octaviaâs song âI Will Be Okayâ: âIâll grow without you, and youâll only know my name.â This line suggests the possibility of Octavia growing up away from Stolas, reinforcing the theme of emotional and physical distance between them.ďżź
- Millie might temporarily be assigned to âdesk dutyâ (receptionist work) as her role shifts to accommodate her early pregnancy â 4 weeksâ should she decide to keep the baby. This adjustment could lead to Stolas stepping in to fill her role in the field until her child arrives.
This possibility connects to the glimpse we saw of Stolasâs physical capabilities when he beat up Andrealphus. If Stolas were trained properly, his raw average strength could be honed for hand-to-hand combat, enabling him to assist in emergency situations while covering for Millie during her âmaternity leave.â
Could this mean heâll actually appear in the shorts this time? It would be interesting to see him in action outside of his usual setting, perhaps showcasing a new dynamic within the I.M.P team.
- Stolas will commit to Blitz and make their relationship official, regardless of whether Octavia approves or not. Stolas will come to this decision because:
1. He recognizes that waiting a 100 years for Octaviaâs permission would be unfair to Blitz.
2. Octavia had already cut him out of her life
3. Stolas is finally ready to prioritize his own happiness after years of sacrificing it for others.
This step could signify a major turning point for Stolas, as he embraces what he wants instead of continuing to seek validation from those around him.
- Itâs possible that since weâve already seen Stolas forced to confront his emotions in âSinmasââthanks in part to Blitzâs supportâitâs possible their roles will reverse. This time, Blitz might face his own emotional breakdown, confronting years of self-hatred that heâs buried in order to focus on helping Stolas adjust to his new life as a commoner.
Itâs also worth noting that Stolas has never actually seen Blitz cry. Such a moment could serve as a crucial turning point in their relationship. After both of them have been emotionally vulnerable with each other, they could finally be in a place to officially be together, with no lingering emotional walls holding them back.
<> Season 3 might explore Blitz reaching his breaking point, allowing Stolas to take on the role of supporter for the first time. This reversal could deepen their bond, giving Blitz the space to confront his self-loathing and trust Stolas enough to be vulnerable. Once theyâve both opened up and addressed their unresolved issuesâparticularly the fallout from Ozzieâsâtheyâll finally have the clarity and emotional foundation to take the next step in their relationship, moving toward exclusivity and genuine partnership.
- Itâs possible that, as Blitzâs relationships with Millie and Loona have grown stronger and more positive, his friendship with Moxxie could follow a similar path. As Blitz becomes more decent (or at least less self-sabotaging) over the course of the final two seasons, we may see a deeper bond form between him and Moxxie. This progression could culminate in Blitz solidifying a healthy relationship with every member of the I.M.P family, including Stolas, before he is able to truly focus on healing and working on himself.
Prediction: The series may continue to explore Blitzâs gradual emotional growth, using his evolving dynamic with Moxxie as a key narrative thread. Their friendship could be tested by lingering resentments, misunderstandings, and Blitzâs deflection habits, but ultimately, it may become one of mutual respect and understanding. Once Blitz has repaired these core relationships, the show might shift toward his journey of self-acceptance, with Stolas playing a pivotal role in encouraging him to face his vulnerabilities.
- Itâs possible at the end of S3, potentially, that Octavia and Stolas will share a heartfelt father-daughter duet, as both characters often express their emotions through song. This duet could mirror the emotional depth of âMore Than Anythingâ from Hazbin Hotel, providing a poignant opportunity to explore their relationship at the end of their estrangement. Such a moment might occur mid-season or towards the finale, potentially serving as a turning point in their emotional journey or reconciliationâespecially if the season focuses on resolving lingering tensions and strengthening their bond.
- Itâs possible that Stolitz reaches a point of sexual intimacy, but the moment is interrupted when Blitz notices the small scar near Stolasâs shoulderâthe one Striker left with his angelic knife. This discovery could take the scene in one of two directions:
1. Guilt and Self-Hatred: Blitz pulls back, unable to continue as a wave of guilt overtakes him. He feels responsible for not being able to protect Stolas during that moment, blaming himself for not being in two places at once. His self-loathing resurfaces, threatening to spiral into a full-blown episode that could ruin the mood entirely. In this scenario, Stolas must take on a comforting role, guiding Blitz through his emotions. The scene transforms into one of domesticity and tenderness, with Blitz reluctantly opening up while Stolas reassures him of his worth and effort.
2. Positive Reflection: Blitz allows himself to stay in the moment, albeit with a heavy heart. He acknowledges the scar, his words laced with both sincerity and remorse, apologizing for not being there when Stolas needed him. Instead of spiraling, he uses the moment as a way to strengthen their connection, expressing his gratitude for Stolasâs survival and resilience. The intimacy deepens, blending vulnerability and affection as Blitz works through his feelings, solidifying their bond rather than retreating from it.
Given Blitzâs complex emotional walls, scenario one feels more likely initiallyâhis instinct to self-sabotage often overrides his ability to accept comfort. However, Stolasâs patience and ability to anchor Blitz in the present could ultimately steer the scene toward the tenderness of scenario two. This balance of emotional tension and resolution could mark a turning point in their relationship, where Blitz learns to lean on Stolas (and others) rather than pull away.
- Itâs possible that Stolas and/or Loona may move out of the apartment, forcing Blitz to confront his deeply rooted fear of abandonmentâa fear he had suppressed while focusing on helping Stolas with his struggles. This shift could happen for the following reasons:
Loona:
Loona might choose to leave because she has never stayed in the same place for more than five years and feels the need to discover more about herself. This would be an emotional turning point for Blitz, as nothing is more bittersweet than a child leaving home to find their own way. Her departure could also align with her sin of Gluttony, giving her the opportunity to embrace her identity and work on personal growth outside of the apartment. This decision would reflect her desire for independence and exploration, while also challenging Blitz to let her go and trust her to thrive on her own.
Stolas:
Stolas may decide to move out if he has the financial means to do so, for several possible reasons:
1. He and Blitz might have a major falling-out, leading Stolas to seek space and time to process his emotions.
2. He could be worried about the rising costs of rent with three people living together and choose to ease the financial strain.
3. Distance between Blitzâs home and work might ultimately strengthen his bond with Blitz, giving them space to appreciate one another outside of the constant proximity.
4. The lyrics of the song seem to foreshadow a poignant goodbye sometime in S3:
You pack a bag, you say goodbye
You kiss me on the cheek and look me in the eye
You tell a lie that you will soon return to me
I loved you then, I love you still.
These lines suggest a painful but hopeful separation, one that might ultimately bring them closer. Stolasâs departure could be a reflection of his inner conflict or a step toward fostering a healthier dynamic between him and Blitz.
Just to see if you'll be mine
I would travel every ring of Hell
I would travel every ring of Hell
Just to see if youâll be mine.
This lyric encapsulates Stolasâs deep devotion and willingness to overcome any obstacle for Blitz, highlighting the complex and enduring nature of their relationship.
Prediction:
Loonaâs departure would be a significant emotional moment for Blitz, pushing him to come to terms with his fears of abandonment while supporting her growth and independence. For Stolas, moving out could mark a temporary separation meant to heal their individual wounds, allowing their bond to strengthen over time. Both scenarios would serve as catalysts for personal growth, paving the way for Blitz to navigate his relationships with deeper emotional maturity and for Stolas to reconcile his feelings with the realities of his connections.
- Itâs highly likely that weâll see both Loona and Millieâs backstories as children in the future, given that weâve already seen glimpses of the rest of the I.M.P crew + Octavia in their youth. Exploring Loonaâs story would provide crucial context about her troubled past, including how she ended up in the kennel at 17. Similarly, Millieâs backstory could shed light on her upbringing and the fierce, skilled personality we know her for today. These insights would deepen our understanding of their characters and add emotional weight to their arcs within the series whilst keeping the âfamily orientedâ themes of the season
- Against all odds and seemingly terrible judgment, Blitz decides to hire Striker as a temporary employee at I.M.P. This decision, predictably, throws everyone into chaosâespecially Stolas, who finds himself forced to work alongside the assassin who has not once, but twice, attempted to kill him.
The comedic tension kicks off immediately when Stolas confronts Blitz in frustration something like this:
âBlitz, why on Earth would you hire this man? He tried to kill me TWICE!â Stolas exclaimed, throwing his hands in the air dramatically. His feathers bristled as he tugged at his robes, exposing his shoulder where faint scars were still visible. âHe IMPALED me! Impaled! I was in the hospital for weeks! I had a near-death experience because of him!â
Blitz, leaning casually against his desk, rubbed the back of his neck and gave Stolas a sheepish look. âLook, babe, I know itâs not exactly ideal or whatever, but Millieâs pregnant and needs some time off for her⌠uh⌠âspecial appointmentsâ and all that baby stuff.â
Stolas gawked at him, visibly scandalized. âBut you have Loona!â He gestured wildly as if it were the most obvious solution. âYou donât need thisâŚâ his voice dropped venomously, âsnake in the grass skulking around here! Even Hell itself chooses me, for fuckâs sake. I beat Andrealphus with my bare hands!â
âBare hands, huh?â Striker drawled lazily from where he lounged in a nearby chair, his signature smirk plastered across his face. âImpressive, Your Highness. But donât worryâIâll keep my guns holstered⌠unless Blitz says otherwise.â
âYou!â Stolas whirled on him, his feathers puffing up further in outrage. âYou stay out of this! This is between me and my boyfriend! You have no right toââ
âBoyfriend, huh? Pretty serious word there,â Striker interrupted with a teasing grin, tilting his hat back. âDidnât think Blitzy here did relationships.â
âShut it!â Stolas snapped, his lower eyes glowing dangerously. âYou donât get to call him that! And Blitz, why are you letting him speak to me like this?â
Blitz held up his hands defensively. âAlright, alright, calm down, big guy. Look, Iâm sorry, okay? I really didnât have a choice here. Millieâs gotta take it easy, and Moxxie canât exactly do solo missions, soâŚâ He sighed and stepped closer, placing a hand on Stolasâs shoulder to calm him down. âYouâre just gonna have to put up with it, featherbrain. Iâll make sure Striker doesnât try any of his stabby-stabby bullshit, okay?â
Stolas huffed, crossing his arms as he shot Striker a withering glare. âFine. But if he so much as looks at me the wrong wayââ
âIâll handle it, Stolas,â Blitz interrupted softly, his tone more sincere. âYou know I wouldnât let anything happen to ya. Even better: if he does, you can put those fists to use and beat him up yourself.â
That seemed to soften Stolas a little, though his feathers still puffed indignantly. Meanwhile, Striker leaned back in his chair, tipping his hat with a sly grin. âThis is gonna be fun.â
Prediction:
This setup could lead to a balance of comedic and dramatic moments. The reluctant coworker dynamic between Stolas and Striker provides plenty of opportunity for humor, especially with Stolasâs over-the-top reactions and Strikerâs snarky arrogance. Meanwhile, Blitz remains caught in the middle, attempting to justify his decision with a mix of practicality and his own chaotic reasoning.
Of course, the situation wouldnât stay light for long. Strikerâs presence might stir up unresolved tensions with Stolasâforcing both characters to confront their past encounters. This tension could lead to a moment of unintentional vulnerability, where they end up seeing each other in a slightly new light (though definitely not friendly).
The emotional core could revolve around Blitzâs reasoning for hiring Striker in the first place. If Millie is, in fact, pregnant or dealing with a personal matter, it underscores Blitzâs willingness to do anything for his employeesâeven if it means making bad decisions for the sake of keeping I.M.P running smoothly. Adding moments of humor keeps the plot from leaning too heavily into morbidity, but the underlying themes of forgiveness, trust, and second chances (or lack thereof) add depth to the story.
- In Season 3, a running gag could revolve around Moxxie consistently earning âEmployee of the Month,â only for the title to be dramatically shifted to Stolas. This unexpected change might stem from his relationship with Blitz, raising the possibility of bias in the decision due to their romantic involvement.

[Helluva Boss AU where Blitzøâs childhood theft from Stolasâ palace is discovered and major consequences ensue for everyone involved.]
[Part 32/?? Word count: 978]
âââââ
Blitzø waited for Barb after group therapy as usual, iced coffees ready. His twin had been quieter when they met up after the Harvest Moon Festival and he was worrying that heâd fucked things up again. How he didnât know but that didnât stop the anxiety. His leg wouldnât stop jiggling unless he focused on staying still. But when he did that his tail whipped wildly instead. Eventually he started pacing around their usual bench as he tried to keep the thoughts of fucking up creep into his head. They had barely rebuilding their relationship and the idea of Barb hating him again was terrifying.
âYou good Blitzø?â Barbâs question made him yelp and jump into the air, landing on all fours in a defensive crouch.
âFucknuggets Barb! Gimme some warning before you spook me like that!â Indignant, Blitzø straightened up and dusted off his jacket.
His twin, the brat that she was, just laughed at him. âNot my fault you canât pay attention. How the fuck do you play bodyguard when youâre that oblivious?â
Blitzø glared at her as he held out her coffee. She was joking around with him, which eased some of his nerves. âHey, Iâm super fucking focused when Iâm working. Not working, so I donât gotta be crazy alert.â
Barb waved a dismissive hand as she sipped the drink. âAh, thatâs the good stuff. Better than the artificial sweetener crap they make in Greed. Though they make a fucking awesome hot black coffee thatâll wake up exterminated Sinners.â She took a lounging seat on the bench, gesturing for her brother to join her.
He did so, his stiff posture a sharp contrast to her relaxation. She raised an eyebrow at how rigidly uncomfortable he looked. âSeriously, you good there Blitzø?â
Best to get this over with. Though her being pissed off at him seemed less and less likely. âYouâve been super quiet lately so I keep thinking I fucked up somewhere.â
âHa! Blitzø, you really think I wouldnât say to your face if you had? Weâre doing okay so far, but Iâm not gonna let you off the hook for any fuckups.â Her bluntness made him sigh in relief. âJust had something on my mind. But maybe you can help with that. Make up for your mopeyness.â
He agreed to try, feeling all his muscles go to jelly now that he knew she didnât hate him again. Barb was quiet for a few moments, drinking her coffee as her eyes looked into nothingness. She pulled out a small notebook, scraps of papers stuck between the pages. After she flipped through a few pages to get her thoughts in order, she looked into the distance again.
âHow hard is it to get angelic weaponry?â was her surprising question. At Blitzøâs confused look she elaborated. âIâve never seen any until recently. I thought they were pretty priceyâŚâ
âPricey is an understatement. Stolasâ sperm donor passed down at least one blessed knife to him.â He rubbed his neck, trying not to remember that night. âThereâs Carmine, an Overlord that deals in the stuff but it comes from what Exterminators leave behind. I hear itâs a pain in the ass to remake angelic steel into guns and bullets without offing yourself. So yeah, shitâs expensive. Whyâd you ask? I canât get you any, if thatâs what youâre hoping for. I donât even have any and thatâs with access to Floofâs money.â
Barbâs face twisted into a scowl as the implications of an imp owning more than one blessed weapon sank in. No ranch hand needed that sort of firepower. And she highly doubted ranching would pay for that. âNot for me dumbass, what would I use it for?â She flipped to her sketches of Strikerâs pistols and knife grip. âThat imp from Wrath, Striker? Heâs got at least a blessed knife and two pistols.â Barb handed the notebook to her twin adding, âdonât you dare flip through it.â
Blitzø, about to do just that, froze with a guilty expression. He confined himself to just the open pages. The wing motif on the gun grips definitely looked like Carmine weaponry. Moxxie would know for sure. His employee could probably tell him the caliber, production run, and all sorts of useless information from the decal alone.
âHowâd you find this out? I didnât see anything like this on him at the festival.â And if Striker had these during the Harvest Moon, he'd have been a major threat to Stolas. Blitzø had a chilling realization that he hadnât been as proactive a bodyguard as he needed to be.
âI got a couple glimpses of the knife during the Pain Games. A cowboy with angelic steel seemed fishy so I went out with him. We fucked and I saw the guns in his jacket.â
Blitzø gave her an approving nod and a fist bump. âHeâs pretty hot, possibility of hit man aside. Nice score sis.â With her permission, he took a picture of the pages using his phone. âAnd yeah, doing ranch work in Wrath canât afford these. If heâs packing these at public festivals and date nights, who knows what heâs up to.â
Standing up, he handed Barb her notebook. âHey. Uh⌠thanks. For⌠finding this out. You stuck your neck out for me. So, yeahâŚâ Blitzø trailed off, mentally kicking himself for the awkwardness of his thanks.
âYouâre welcome.â Barb tossed their coffee cups before giving him a light punch. âI just got my brother back. No one else gets to fuck with you. Doesnât make up for the mediocre lay, but whatcha gonna do?â
Blitzø punched her back. âHow about we get Loona and Dina and I treat you to dinner? Your pick.â
âOooo, thereâs a place that makes a âbetter than sexâ cake a couple blocks down. Get a couple blowjob shots, I think thatâll cover things.â

When you talk about love languages, do you consider it how a person/character prefers to receive love or how the prefer to give it? Or both? I know it's an incredibly subjective thing, it isn't a precise set of language to describe loving someone, and it often times isn't adequate at all, but it is a useful method of describing something that is very hard to describe.
People need to give/receive love in many different ways, but everyone is different in that.
I'm talking specifically about characters here because they aren't as complex as real people and also I am disconnected from my own inner world, which would be the only place I could pull from with any ethos for the real world.
When I'm writing two characters who love each other (because relationships are the driving force of my interest in story telling, not specifically romantic BTW there are more platonic relationships under my belt than romantic at this point), I have found myself giving them the same love language for giving and receiving, but still disconnected because the person with whom I am focusing their relationship with typically has a different love language.
Anyway.
I typically give Blitzo a primary love language of "Acts of Service", mostly in how he gives love because that's how he is most satisfied and comfortable showing it. Receiving it, however, I find myself making him more satisfied receiving "Acts of Service" but more comfortable receiving "physical touch" or "gift giving" because of his feelings of burdening people, hurting others, and how his view of himself as ruining everyone rose's lives.
Stolas, on the other hand, I'll preface by saying he craves pretty much all of them and gives indiscriminately because he has such little experience in loving anyone) I typically write with a focus on giving/receiving physical touch (because that's what Blitzo allows mostly and this is the majority of his exposure to giving or receiving love). But I think Stolas (in my writing) may lean more toward quality time in the satisfaction range, he just has such little opportunity to figure it out, and that's probably what Blitzo runs away from most, after maybe "Words of Affirmation" (I typically write Blitzo as being most scared of "the talking part").
***Stolas has plenty of experience loving Octavia, but I'm not counting this because she is a child, and that HAS to be a more giving than receiving love. The burden is on the parent, whether they know how or not, because the child is learning and for the majority of childhood they have a very self-centric view of the world. This is just developmental psychology. She is currently a teenager, and at a phase where she is figuring herself out, and she is a different person than she was years ago, and that fucks with love languages. There is a difference between an adult relationship with your family and a child relationship with your family. I am taking this from real life. You have to rebuild/redesign your relationship with your family when you're an adult, and then I would count it in this analysis. She isn't there yet.
This is entirely just to get my thoughts written down somewhere because of some stories I'm working on. I'm trying to make conscious developments in my writing style and characterizations, and putting my thoughts into writing always helps.
I'm also a little curious to see what most people really mean when they talk about love languages, because I get the impression some people only mean receiving, some only mean giving, and some clearly are talking about both. And, I think one of the best dynamics to be conscious of when writing characters in a deeply satisfied relationship is when the characters learn each others' love language. Not just to remember to buy your "receiving gifts" partner a present occasionally, but really learning to derive a deep satisfaction from picking out the perfect gift for them because you love the look on their face so much. Or someone who didn't previously care about physical touch learning exactly how to make their partner shier with just a touch and deriving deep joy from knowing they can do that.
Just, loving each other so much that you change how you love to fit together like a puzzle piece.
(Stolas realizing how much Blitzo loves acts of service and starts going out of his way to ask Blitz for help with things, and Blitzo realizing that spending the day with Stolas in his green house listening to him talk about plant facts he's never going to remember is actually really nice and it's BECAUSE it's them, because they care about the other so much their love language becomes infectious)

Sinsmas prediction (I'm really hoping this one is right!)
Something I've seen a lot of people talk about is that fact that Blitz fixing his relationship with Fizz and Stolas now being able to give Blitz a crystal means that they'll have less reasons to see each other and thus have a harder time working through the issues between them.
But I think this chain of accidental self sabotage will carry over to Stolas, I think The Full Moon, Apology Tour and possibly Mastermind might help rebuild the trust between Blitz and Stolas, but at an unseen cost.
And now we finally come to the actual season finale prediction I promised. I believe Sinsmas will show Stolas planning to spend the (un)holiday with Via only for her to not show up and him thinking Stella and Andrealphus are behind it. The twist being is that she herself chose not to spend time with him since he basically focused his entire life for a while around his boy toy and virtually abandoned her. The ending will leave Stolas to wallow in the consequences of his shortsighted actions as Octavia spends Sinsmas with her mother and uncle. This will set her up as a central character in season 3.

THANK YOU
now i get it the show frames stolas as one of the main protagonists, but that doesn't mean he didn't fuck up
as someone whose dad did lie to their face and lokey left me and my brother i completely understand where both via and charlie are coming from
now credit where credit's due lucifer and stolas are trying and that's something that's very important but it doesn't fully make up for what they did (stolas more so than lucifer)
i relate to via in a very personal level with my parents going through a nasty divorce and my dad not being so truthful and i really understand where she's coming from
as much as stolas just wants things to go back to how they were it doesn't work like that. it takes much more than just an "i'm sorry" to rebuild their relationship
you just have to look at things from via and charlie's perspective. to via her dad lied to her and ran off with some guy. to charlie her dad just left

Remind me again why this fandom is so pissy that these two are reasonably upset about their dadsâ negligence?
#rey's chats#sorry for the rant#ah who am i kidding no im not#but in all honesty#people do need to realize that stolas and lucifer fucked up#even if lucifer was able to rebuild his relationship with charlie-#-it doesn't mean he didn't screw up before

What's hard about developing character relationships in advance is that even if you have a strong idea of how they'd work, you can't actually use them as it's pretty often that people don't want to read muse information or discuss finer details.
_
Like... Astaroth being so busy behind the scenes and being forgotten randomly like a waiter in a restaurant would humorously play into the whole backstage side of the theming.
Sure... the Deadly Sins and close individuals are more likely to remember that Astaroth isn't some figment of the public consciousness, but she doesn't make personal appearances all that often, even if her presence covers all seven rings of hell in some form or another.
It's a bit tough to explain.
_
Aveline's relationship with different factions would depend on how long they're aware she's out and about, the frequency, and the nature of the interactions.
Although I am having a rough time trying to simplify those factors into a few easier to articulate segments, it's not for a lack of trying.
Like... there's the more private aspects, like the deadly sins and Astaroth would have seen her coming and going for thousands of years at this point. You could say that it's like a girl and her weird aunts and uncles when it comes down to it... unless it's work related.
I mean... there's the public and private side, work and social... but even that doesn't cover everything. There's just so many parts.
Like... Stolas might see a different side of her than say... Asmodeus, even if they both have occupations that bring up the more business-related side of matters.
I mean... there's the whole gate keeper deal, her wrangling Astaroth's affairs, the pop star career, and who knows what else she's been up to.
Like... to someone that's been around for a long time would know the whole... pop star career was actually a side hobby, but anyone who hasn't been around for that long would likely think that was everything. Of course, you can probably get two parties to agree they like her music, but not agree on which genre they like the best.
It's also pretty easy to jump to the conclusion that she's working for Ozzie if she shows up somewhere to check on someone authorized to use an Asmodean Crystal.
Although she does check on Stolas and his grimoire on occasion, there's something of a disparity between being how him and his close family sees of her and the rest of the Goetia family.
The public "rivalry" between Aveline and Verosika when it comes to music is entirely marketing fluff to sell more albums. However, her lecturing Verosika about what happened on the beach trip... that's not fluff.
Considering that she's known to do what we'd call "Humanitarian" work in the various rings, her presence at the aftermath of the portal breach caused by D.H.O.R.K.S. tends to be regarded differently than what's actually going on. Sure, she's helping with the rebuild and the memorial service... if they have those, but she's inspecting the breach site and reporting on it to the deadly sins and Astaroth.
Portal breaches are sorted by a system somewhat inspired by how they classify natural disasters. No idea if they're announced like Hellquakes though.
In any case, if Aveline showed up at the Hazbin Hotel, there would be a wide range of reactions... and I lost my original train of thought again.

the only way I'm interested in s3 of hb at this point is if something like this happens:
mastermind involves Stella and Andre's master plan, which goes like this: expose Stolas to his peers, the other goetia, for breaking demon law by lending out his book. (and extorting a lower class demon for sex while they're at, please show let someone call it for what it is)
Stolas is of course all shock, gasp, that's not what happened but it doesn't matter - he gets his book and powers revoked.
sadly I think it's unavoidable the writers have Stolas hook up with Blitz again because Blitz pities him, not loves him (where have we seen that happen before?)
whole stupid plot point goes down with Via. Stolas has lost everything and it is completely his fault.
season 3 - Stolas is still a tumor on the plot but at least now he has no power or privilege. this is a golden opportunity to have him see what it's actually like living in poverty and wise up, rebuilding his life from the ground up. a way too late apology to Blitz fits in here, as does rebuilding his relationship with Via.
of course I don't like a lot of this outline myself - I really don't want Stol!tz to happen as they're currently handling it, tbh, and it means having yet another season where he's essentially the main character - but if they wanted to actually develop Stolas this is how I think it could be done.
of course, season 3 is actually likely to be him telling Via she's just a dummy who fell for Stella's tricks, gaslighting her the same way he did Blitz, while he finds a way to get all his power back and it's framed like some victorious moment even though he wasn't good at handling his responsibilities as a goetia the first time around
(my other idea for season 3 is just Striker drops a piano on Stolas, problem solved)
I wholeheartedly agree with the piano plot twist, or failing that, an anvil.

WILL WE SEE OCTAVIA 18th BIRTDAY IN THE FUTURE?
(Maybe in S2?)
For some time now, after Episode 2, I've wondered if we will canonicaly see Octavia becoming an actual adult, making that essential step in her life.
Even if we didn't actually see her turning 17 in the show, we now this fact thanks to the artists themselves, through Stolas Instagram account ...
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/3aa376665ca1c0fbc1ac4feed2c51090/395797e61bddc0e4-e6/s1280x1920/d75432b74c7534448e5fe02b6002dd1940b401d8.jpg)
and also thanks to Octavia's account, which was originally made "avaible" because she was "older enough" to be trusted by her father.
Now, after the "Loo Loo Land" episode, we were actually able to see Octavia in the show and know her relationship with Stolas, an important aspect of his character, which not only puts him in a different light, but also gives him an actual development as a character, and clearly allows us to see a lot of similarities between him and Blitzo (also thanks to the "Spring Broken" episode)
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/64a89751c9a1b29ea89d514881a78640/395797e61bddc0e4-e3/s540x810/7734063775e00b298b2aa1919faee4f0f21bb57c.jpg)
Now that Stolas and Octavia are starting to rebuild their relationship, it seems clear to me that the situation will evolve in some way, and when the episode set in the Lust Ring will be avaible, we will have a proper idea.
But why putting in consideration the possibility to see her turning 18? Because she won't be simply the grown girl that Stolas finally reconised as such, but also someone that can finally start to make some personal choices to define her own destiny. Maybe she will be able to confront both her parents regarding their crisis without closing herself in, maybe she will make some personal experiences outside of the castle walls (she actually feels lonely, considering also that she is royalty, and her mother Stella seems excessively classist toward the lowest classes of Hell). Maybe she will interact more with Blitzo and I.M.P., considering that their business dependes on Stolas's Grimoire, and it is the reason in the first place of the Goetia's family crisis.
For those that maybe have seen my preview post about Octavia and Loona semi-canonically know each other (thanks to the Instagram accounts), this whole post is obviously also related to the hope of actually watching them interact with each other and becoming besties. The whole romantic "Loona & Octavia" dynamic is not a necessary element, but surely they seem to actually share the need to have some friends, at least someone toward their age, and a 18 years old Octavia whould actually have the chance to experience that kind of freedome.
Surely, for Stolas himself, watching his little owlette becoming a woman would be an important part for his character

Not only do I not mind, I have the same theory! I didn't put it in the original post because I didn't want it to be too long, but I also think Blitz was the one who got Barbie in rehab. I have this headcanon that he took care of her for years when they were teens and her mental health started to worsen, and then, after the accident, when she spiralled really badly and wouldn't let him help her anymore, he finally admitted to himself that she needed professional help. I think she probably hated him for getting her into rehab, especially if he did it against her will, but I don't think Blitz regrets it. I think he was faced with a very hard choice, and ultimately decided that he'd rather save his sister, even if that broke their already damaged relationship beyond repair. He's trying to reconnect now, but I think even if he can never rebuild his relationship with her, he'll never regret getting her into rehab, even if it hurts. That's all just my headcanont/theory, though đ
I would love to see Blitz bringing up rehab to Stolas once he realises just how much Stolas is struggling. I think Stolas might break when he hears that, realising that Blitz is right and he really is struggling a lot more than he's allowed himself to admit. But I think Stolas will eventually admit that he needs help, and will let Blitz help him. And I would love to see Blitz being extremely supportive and loving throughout the whole process, no matter how bad it gets for Stolas. I think it could bring them together in such an impactul way.
Gah, I can't wait to see where canon takes us!
So. Stolas is an alcoholic. That much is very clear at this point in the show and has been for a while now. He binge-drinks to cope with depression and with his life problems at large.

What's interesting is that he's far from the only character in Blitzø's life who is an alcoholic. In fact, substance abuse seems to be a recurring theme in the show. At least three other people Blitzø was or is really close with (potentially four, if we count his father) have struggled with substance abuse: Verosika, Barbie, and Fizz.

And the show has made a very clear point that both Verosika and Barbie have been in rehab. Not just that, but it's also emphasised that they're both still struggling with addiction (Verosika still drinks at her concerts, "clutches onto Beelzejuice bottles like they're the last cock in hell", and writes magazine articles about binge drinking being sexy; Barbie still peddles heroine, though not H8). Clearly, for both of them, this is an ongoing issue presently in the show.
So, with all of that being said, I recently saw someone theorise that, in a future season, Stolas is going to go to rehab, too.
I thought it was certainly a possibility, and one that I would personally love to see explored. So I've been thinking about it... and I remembered this:

The beginning of Unhappy Campers, and Blitzø breaking into rehab to go visit Barbie.
Now, I think a lot of people (myself included) felt surprised and a bit disappointed the first time we watched this episode, because our initial assumption was that Blitzø was trying to visit Stolas. It just made sense! Stolas was hospitalised right at the end of the previous episode and texted Blitzø that he could visit if he wanted to. (At this point, we also didn't know Blitzø had trauma surrounding visiting loved ones at hospitals). And suddenly they hit us with Blitzø seeking out Barbie out of the blue? So many of us were left wondering... why? Yeah, people have mentioned that maybe feeling like he could've lost Stolas prompted Blitzø to try to mend a different broken relationship, one that he felt he had more chances of fixing. But the timing, as well as the non-immediate revelation that it's Barbie he's looking for, is still... strikingly suspicious, isn't it?
And just now, after all this time, it hit me.
What if this is foreshadowing?
What if, all along, they were telling us Blitzø will visit Stolas at the hospital in the future... when Stolas is in rehab?

Actually that imp disguise Stolas got me thinking- sneaking out to escape from a boring royal party and finds himself going to an club full of partying imps and meeting blitz who teases him about being âreally dressed upâ for a club, first time? He is pretty cute after all. The idea they meet up a lot besides that and itâs like theyâre dating and both so happy, blitz kind of being mended in his self hatred. Comes crashing down when blitz gets pregnant and Stolas must come clean 1/2
About being both married (very unhappily) and not even an imp, blitz would be so furious and hurt thinking he was a side piece, a toy to lie to to get his rocks off with then go home to his family but Stolas wants to fix this and show heâs loved him more from the start- dunno how he mends it over the pregnancy but theyâll make it work!
Honestly... I don't know if he could really convince Blitzo to keep it other than with outright bribery, at least at first. The only reason Blitzo agreed in OT was that he knew/trusted Stolas would come through on his half of the deal after knowing him for a while, even though they aren't together yet- he knew Stolas wouldn't lie about something like this, especially with a deal to seal it in.
Here? He thought he knew Stolas, but everything has been shredded and tossed out. The marriage thing didn't matter as much to him in canon since he "knew" from the beginning that he's a side-fuck, and didn't think he'd get a real relationship out of it. Married, not married, in his eyes Stolas isn't serious about him so it doesn't matter either way, and I don't think he's bothered by cheating if he's not the victim considering how he reacted to Mayberry. (His literal first line is 'Was she hotter?')
In this au though, where he thought they had a real relationship, it would hurt a lot worse because his expectations are totally different. Whatever trust he'd managed to build up is cratered, and considering his already-existing trust issues... yeah, anything short of twenty grand in unmarked bills probably isn't going to keep him around, and Stolas would be desperate enough to do it just to get a chance to explain himself. They had the schmoopy romance stuff he wanted so badly in canon, so losing that when he knows what he's losing? That'd destroy him.
Even if Stolas turned into the most attentive boyfriend in the universe, Blitzo wouldn't really be able to trust him again for months, so the process of rebuilding would be incredibly slow and cautious. It probably wouldn't get very far unless Stolas made their relationship public, because after all this he's not going to settle for being a secret that Stolas can just drop if he wants.

"Oh, it's not that bad!" He quickly backpedaled. "We texted a little while I was in the hospital, and I still call him on occasion to ask about his day..." Who was he kidding? It was as bad as it sounded. He was hopeless. Now that he was finally free to do as he wanted, he didn't know how to go about any of it. Stolas sighed and dropped his face into his hands.
Sure, there was that time when Blitzø helped him get Octavia back home and they ended up lost and dealing with the chaos of humans together. But he was more concerned with Octavia after that than to pull Blitzø aside to talk. It seemed like he had to work to rebuild all his relationships. He was exhausted.
Removing his head from his hands, he reached for the tea in front of him. To give himself something to hold. "I'm not the controlling type. The closest I've ever come is with Stella and our divorce." That awful, bitter woman. No longer letting her walk all over him and talk to him however she wanted. "How do I even go about taking control like that? Especially in such a heartfelt way."
"Oh. Not evenâoh, Stolas."
Maybe Asmodeus hadn't accounted for just how difficult things might be between these two. Although, he supposed that situation at his club wouldn't exactly have helped things, either. He cleared his throat softly at the mention and took a sip from his cup.
"I'm always a proponent of givin' each other a little healthy space, but there's a limit. You can't just let him sit over there and stew in his feelings. Or, Heaven forbid, throw his whole self into his work to avoid them. He's gonna run himself into the ground." What a strange connection they've found with each other. A passing thought as he worked his way through this conversation.
"Sometimes you have to intrude. He can't be busy 24/7. I mean, shit, if that much time's gone by since the last time you two really talked, maybe he just feels too awkward to break the seal himself. You go over there, you get him to sit down, and you talk to him. No ulterior motives, no accusations, no blame, just an open, honest discussion."

ough i've been slain
another thing to consider: stolas in the aftermath rebuilding his garden and blitz helps (maybe the rest of i.m.p too) and octavia (assuming shes (hopefully) realised her mother is the one who tried to assassinate stolas) also joins and stolas is surrounded by a support system finally
alternatively: stolas goes to rehab and blitz tries to repair the garden during that time, despite being very out of his depth (him and octavia have a talk that they probably both need) and she helps because she loves her dad and something something healing relationships metaphor with plants and growth and stuff
@helluvahotmess Noooo but what if like, his plants get destroyed and Blitz gives him one to restart his garden. Or goes and finds a tiny little sapling that survived in the aftermath and puts it in a pot.

Stolas thinks about the queen's question, "NoâŚ" he finally admits, "Not really. There are maybe two of my many siblings have remained neutral in this endeavor, so maybe I can rebuild my relationship with them. But for the restâŚno,"
Stolas sighs, "Via is close to a few of them, though, so I don't know if I can cut contact with many of them. Ironically, the ones who are the most vocal about this are the ones who are closest to Via,"
At Lilith's second question, Stolas smiles, "She's doing well. She's growing up to be a strong heir to the family. Her magic lessons are going a bit slow, but that's alright; she's only 17,"
"Love is wild, isn't it?" Stolas mumbles in thought.
At the mention of his family, he sighs.
"They don't care," his voice is low, "They've never cared that I didn't love Stella, that I wasn't attracted to women. They wanted an heir in case the worst should happen to Father's eldest,"
Stolas rubs his eyes. "I hated being married to her. The only good thing that came out of it was Via,"
Stolas smiles sadly at the mention of his daughter; it is clear he loves her very much.
